All projects were pulled from the Connect Atlanta Plan, the city's first comprehensive transportation plan, adopted in late 2008.

Existing Facilities
City of Atlanta Miles of bike lanes: 28
Miles of sharrows: 1.8
Miles of multi-use paths: 19.4 (including parks but not BeltLine)
Additional miles
Coming by Feb 2011: 15 (mostly sharrows)
BeltLine: to add 22 miles + 11 spur miles = 33 miles of multi-use paths
Note - ABC does not view bike lanes as a panacea for what ails bicyclists, but they do have a big impact on the number of people willing to hop on a bike in an urban environment.
